Master Cars - Secunda/Trichardt

This place is bad. They advertise car with full service records and the come with stories about they bought it from Avis car and they will sort the service book out and on the end of the day the person how bought the car from this place must sort it out them selfs. Many call and whatapp the owner david say he is done with me. So please don't buy from this place go to a other place in Trichardt there are alot of better places. Sale personal are also not very helpfull hen it comes to after sales service. If there was a negative mark it will be -100. REPLAY. It all good you pay for the missing service, but the factory service plan and warranty expired, And the service plan was still active till 2022 October. As you did not service the car when it was on you floor on 28 October 2020. That is why the service in 2021 Octber could not be done by Ford. I have all the proof that the car was not serviced on 36 month's or 45 000 Km .

Bought a car from sales person Llewelyn Enever, 27 January 2021 On the same day i asked for the service booklet and was told from day 1 it is on the way will be here tomorrow, so for 2 weeks i was constantly asking for the booklet and all he said was it is on the way it will be here the next day.. After 2 weeks he told me sorry the car was never serviced and he knows someone that knows someone that will backtrack the service and give me a new booklet and the service that was never done. Well as soon as he told me this i wanted to give the car back as they knowingly sold me a car that was never serviced and out if it's warranty, and no booklet. I immediately told him i want to give the car back and was told No, on top of this they made R35000 on my car i traded in with them.. Well long story short i had to go to the Ombudsman, and as of today 14 April 2021 i am still struggling to get fairness and settle the dispute.. I have to travel 150km a day for my work every day, and had to borrow a car from a family member now and then, but obviously it is not always possible so i am forced to drive this car.. I will have this story on Hellopeter and to block posts as time goes on and ho ever has the same trouble and wants to follow.. Good luck here i will not recommend worst experience ever, and cost me allot as i constantly have to pay someone to get to work, or drive this car without warranty..
