The service I received to get a letter of executorship was well done and efficient. If you have all your correct documents in place the process is quick. I had to go back once because of one wrong name on a document, but that was my own fault. All in all took 2 hours to complete with waiting time included.The office closes at 13h00 for the public. Not 15h00.

Terrible service. They never answer their phones. And be there early if you want an appointment

Have followed up with a simple request for a copy of a Trust Deed which we already paid for. 4 months and they haven't done anything. No answer on their telephone, and none of them respond to emails. Completely unacceptable.

Went to this office last week Wednesday.. Was goven a form with all documents required.. So i went get the documents come back today first u stand since 5.30 this morning then eventually get on you ger told that that she forgot to tell me that i still need another letter.. And just a sorry mam just go get the letter and come back Let alone o lost 1 day of work and now will loose another day of work tomorrow morning Worst service ever

Waited a long time. Got what I wanted.

Worst ever service!. We were there at 6am and was 60th on the line... They open at 8 and help only 50 people...our people are treated worst than animals!
