Don't buy your boat from waterworld , I bought a boat that has problems now the sales person don't get back to me for months, so I called the place it self and asked to speak to the owner they promised to call me back and never did , very bad customer service, will never buy from them again
Lovely store filled with amazing boats and watersport goodies!! Love the elevated walkways to be able to see into the boats. They stock a huge selection of towable tubes, skis, wakeboards, spares, life jackets, etc. Friendly staff makes it worthwhile visit.

What is it with these Boat shop people that think they are Gods gift to man.... If i dont spend my extra money on a hobby, i will still have a job tomorrow. But if i dont spend my extra money on a hobby you might be without a Job tomorrow.. So how about trying to be helpful, and friendly. Maybe i can spend some money @ your Hobby shop. .. Not the first time either. Seems to be the culture..!!!
Purchased a boat from Waterworld December 2021 - took it down to Knysna for the holidays - boat broke down a 3 x times over a two week period then just stopped and didn’t start - Waterworld weren’t able to assist then wouldn’t take the boat back - saying they had repaired the engine still stuck with the boat trying to sell it - make sure you thoroughly test drive and check the engines of boats purchased through Waterworld
I deifently recommend Waterworld for any personal watercrafts they have an extensive showroom of boats, vehicles and jet Ski's. Ranging for entry low cost options to high end expensive models. Service is excellent and very helpful with very good deals and quick response times.
Bought an used rubberduck from Waterworld and from the first day i used it i had problems. The service after the boat is sold is shocking.

It's ok. Prices seem slightly high and service wasn't the greatest. If you don't approach a salesman he won't approach you
