I want to thank MasterGrade IT for exceptional experience and service especially my account manager Mario, and my trainer Salem. I came here for CCNA training, and I highly rate and recommend them. Salem is an experienced trainer who can explain difficult concepts into simpler concepts for beginners to understand. Thank you MasterGrade IT.
Amazing IT training experience so far, this is coupled with a professional, hands on instructor, Mizqah Sasman, who makes the learning experience easy and informative in many regards, and also learning through her by seeing what it is to be a hard worker. This is one really valued and appreciated instructor and would highly recommend to future IT students who would like to study at MasterGrade IT.
MastergradeIT is an extremely organized institution and the CCNA Instructor was very dedicated on disseminating the information.I can highly recommend them for someone who want to take any CISCO certification.

MasterGrade IT is by far the best training centre i had been too. They are extremely patient in explaining when a question arises and doesn't rush the answer when an explanation is required. I would also like to thank the Account Manager, Amanda Brown - she is always willing to assist and always goes over and above of what is required from her without any hesitation and has the most awesome personality. Thank you Amanda, you are truly a great leader.
MasterGrade IT is a very good training centre. Amanda my Account Manager is the most greatest person, going out of her ways helping and assisting me. For me as a 63 year old they made my studies easy and was always available to help. I can recommend Amanda and MasterGrade IT. Their hands on approach takes the stress out of studying.
