This is the 3rd time I have given my contact info to them, and have yet to be contacted back to say if they could get the item I was looking for or not. They try to sell you a 5400 RPM internal HDD at the price of a 7200 RPM internal HDD.

Much, much cheaper than the competition, friendly and attentive staff who really know their stuff and a great selection of stock. A lot of their products aren't on display but are in the stock room, so if you're looking for something and it's not there, ask the staff.
