Wouldn't recommend. They don't even respect people's time..I sent the trchinicain an emailwhich was not replied to! Informing him not to proceed with repairing my laptop. 7 days later I went to go get it and it wasn't there, he tells me it will take an hour to bring the laptop to the store which I didn't have a problem with. An hour later he tells me an hour more on top of not clearly not being aware that I asked for my laptop back because emails were not checked! 7 days later,my time is being wasted like I don't have things to do with that one more hour he wanted me to wait He had 7 FULL DAYS to check his emails and alot of hours request for my laptop to be delivered to the store but he wants to waste MY TIME!
Im very disappointed in this Place and the people working there.... ABOUT a year ago i went for a quotes to send to my friends that was coming from Kimberly to Bloemfontein because He wanted me to build him a Pc of R20000 and I told the the them at the store. I waited outside the shop from 11am till 3pm for my friend to arive from his trip straight to there shop... When he came and we went in The graphic card I told them to hold with all of the other part on the quote Gtx 1650, they told me and my friend that someone is going to buy that card and thwy just phone them so we can nit have the card... And no matter how we argued the would do the right thing.. So that was my last time I ever eent there and They came across as lil but racist. Because we are coloureds.... Unfortunately i had to complain now because I was not well oflike other with wifi and data... To know you can do reviews.. And is not a complaint it us a review thank you very much.
I should have read the reviews first before taking my laptop for repairs R2750 to fix a charging portal, 3 months waiting time. This is the place to go if u have money and time to waste. Took my second laptop to The Refurb Warehouse in East End and I received better service there.
Was there on a Saturday the 30.09.2017. I got immediate service and the feeling these people knew what they where talking about. I had a problem with my hard drive and they solved it in a split second. I would definitely recommend this shop to everybody with PC problems both hardware and software related. The shopping offer looked nice as well. A lot of cool geek stuff. Very convincing!
The staff is knowledgeable and they do a great job fixing your PC, however please inform the client when they drop of their PC for repair that they should bring the document containing the info of the pc with them when collecting. It is written on the document on the bottom in smal letters. Luckily I didn't have to far to collect it, some might not be. Just some food for thought
Don't waste your money. I sent my laptop in because of a broken hinge... when I got it back they said they replaced it and charged me R600... it broke again in less than 2 months only to find they did not actually replace the hinge but made a lousy repair with a sowing needle... when I went back to the shop to complain they gave me the middle finger and said its not our problem you broke it sir you have to pay us again so we can really replace it this time... I took a few moments thinking "as if Id pay again, what kind of fool do these people take me for?" I just left...
Excellent deals and really great service from the repair team. JJ deserves a special mention. The type of service that will make me a loyal customer. Good work.
I baught a mouse and key board combo. When the mouse broke they refused to refund me. I did not know companies can do that.
Some things are over priced but overall they are okay. Guy tried to sell me a 2nd hand thing stating it was brand new and just the box was damaged when in fact it had been used......
Has good service but does not stock that large variety of products. Prices are for the most part competitive but some are still on the expensive side.
