Staff are helpful and friendly. If what I need is not in stock and head office has the item it is ordered promptly and once in store one is immediately notified. I do find that special order items this is items that are not a stock item are expensive. Prices on the whole are moderate.

Not a good experience. Staff don't seem to know much about computers and they over promise but under deliver on their lead times.

Coyld not find what I was looking for...

Had numerous problems with equipment bought that are not working and repairs done.

Bought a USB to vga cord from matrix. The wrong item was sold to me. Came back more than a week later. Now they refuse to swap item as I did not return it within 7 days. Matrix you sold me the incorrect item. Total unacceptable.

The card machine "crashes" if they swipe for less than R30. The manager called Gustav refused to give me Owners contact information because it is "against policy". I used to work for Matrix. This is how the cashier's make money for stock that is not on the system. Poor service because the head office number he gave doesn't exist.

Knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful and well stocked.

These guys never disappoint. Helpful staff with a variety of PC accessories.
