I had the most wonderful experience with Ray and the team at Matrix. He assisted me in getting my laptop's screen replaced, and I couldn't be happier. I bought my gaming laptop in America ASUS ROG STRIX, and after going from repair shop to repair shop Matrix was one of the only places willing to assist me, they had to order the screen from Canada. They were affordable, and quick! Absolutely do not deserve their reputation for being over-priced.

We ended up driving around Pretoria for about two hours looking for an M.2 screw for an NVMe SSD with zero luck. Upon walking in to matrix as a last resort, the staff were more than happy to help and provided me with the correct one almost immediately! Super friendly staff and super helpful and knowledgeable. I think it is going to be my new favourite matrix by far!

I previously posted a negative review regarding this outlet. The owner, Gary, called me personally to apologize and to ask me for another chance. I have been back three times since, including yesterday when I met Gary who was behind the counter. He gave me great advice, saving me approximately R1,400. Plus he gave me a seven day "no questions asked" return window should his proposed solution not meet with my expectations. It works perfectly! I recommend this store for your computer and connectivity needs.

Gary is now our family's official go to computer guy. He is friendly, quick to help, gives truthful advice and always goes the extra mile for his customers. Before Gary we went to different stores with our computer problems and where told there is no return for one of the computers and thus had to buy a new one, luckily a family member recommended Gary and now the computer is working like we bought it yesterday. I'm pretty sure there's nothing this man can't do. His staff is also very friendly and very hardworking. It was a pleasure to go to Matrix Warehouse and I am very satisfied with the service. Gary has gained a loyal customer.

Most disappointing service ever from grumpy cashier. Products I was interested in buying were in opened packaging, security seal so tattered it has obviously been opened and closed multiple times. Banking card had issues and I was told I can't do an on-site EFT as the funds are deposited into an international bank account and the money couldn't be traced. I suggested I do a cardless cash withdrawal at the ATM a few shops away, she looked at me with daggers in her eyes and said, tapping her watch, "you know we close in 10 minutes" There went your R1300.00 sale of a graphics card that you were struggling to sell. Other customers complained about the poor quality of your products and greedy pricing. You don't deserve my business.

Purchased a graphics card supplied only in a anti static bag with no drivers. Asked the sales person if the card will update and diplay on screen for me to download the drivers they informed me it would. I then asked if i can bring the pc to them if the card did not display. They informed me they can assist. As there was no driver disc supplied. It was load shedding at the time and the could not assist me at that time. Installed the card and noticed it was been installed previosly as the pins had marks. The display card did not display. Took the whole pc back for them to supply me with the drivers. I was contacted that the pc functioned and that i can collect. Upon arrival i was told that there is a charge. Never have i been informed of a charge for a already purchased incomplete supplied product. I then asked them what the charge was for they said they had to do a checklist. That i never approved.

I just want to share my positive experience with Matrix Warehouse in the Gift Acres shopping centre. My scanner/printer gave me some serious problems, especially with regard to its scanning function. I struggled in scanning documents for SARS yesterday and decided to take it for a service to Gary and his team. I explained that I need the scanner rather urgently for my work as a tax practitioner. I was pleasently surprized this morning when I received an whattsapp notice this morning informing me that my printer is ready for collection. My scanner is working perfectly snd I want to thank Gary and his team for excellent work and friendly service.
