Maxis Checkers Centre

Very poor service. Came to do my monthly shopping. There was no trolleys and the shop was not busy . I asked some of the employees and security at the door for a trolley and they told me to go look for my own trolley . I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager is not in the store. I decided to rather go to buy my shopping at pick and pay . Because of the service i received, you have lost a customer . I spend R5000 a month on groceries at your store , but i wont support you ever again after the terrible customer service i received.

Hated the service I received. Well I was humiliated. I mistaken saw that a sale on pampers instead of being well corrected I was laughed at by the cashier and controller. I tell you on a long que...you could imagine the humiliation. Last place I would go to shop

Convenient, safe & clean to shop at this Centre. I always get what I need, from groceries, banking ingredients to home, health, hair care & cleaning items. All I need in one place, clicks, shoe city & all other stores.

I love the store, very organized and the warm welcoming as well. Word of advice, your cashiers can do better in at least greeting before they're greeted and avoid this chatty behavior between their packers. They're letting the brand down. A lot to be desired from the last part of the experience in the store.

Don't go there month end until they manage their tills properly, you can't have a trainee on the till at 17:00 on a Thursday or Friday. It compromises business.

Not safe to here, especially the Has van Rensburg parking. There is also ways a lot of boy roaming there pretending to help the drivers get parking. In 2017 my car was broken into on the Hans van Rensburg parking. I did not know who to report to because there no security guards on this parking. Last week Friday the central lock system of my car was jammed for about 30 minutes. I kept on trying to lock the door and I couldn't, I ended up staying the car where I tried to start it and I couldn't, until I askefthe guy who showed me the parking to release my car. It was then that I could start the car. Then I just left with doing what I was there for. Even at the entrance of the supermarket there is a guy who is always standing there asking for money for food, and that guy is a smtstsi I once saw he did to some one at the cnr of Grobler and Hans van Rensburg. There is a lot happening around this shop. We do not know where to report.

I don't if checkers doesn't teach their cashier customer service, checkers polokwane has the worst cashier ever. Even if they are not all bad, the good ones are over shadowed by the bad ones.
