Mazda is the kings' palace with top of the range cars and a brand to be reckoned with. It's just that their depot is not big enough to accommodate a large group of people. They need a bigger and broader space which will allow inflows and outflows easily. But the service is excellent with clean workspace.

Excellent service! I was en-route from Johannesburg to Cape town, and about in the vicinity of the Vaal river, when i heard a strange noise coming from my car, a Mazda. A friend phoned them on my behalf and explained my predicament as i was not sure if i should continue to Cape town or return to Jhb. Yvonne immediately told my friend that i should pop in and they will give my car a look over for peace of mind. Once in Bloemfontein, Michael took my car for a drive, then into the workshop and checked everything and gave me reassurance that all is in good order and my car should be ok for the rest of the journey. He suggested that the noise i heard was most probably only a stone that got caught between the brake disk and drum. I am so grateful and thankful for Yvonne and Michael's help and friendly service and setting my mind at ease in a time of need. Well done to Mazda Bloemfontein!! We need more Companies with this professional and friendly level of service!! Thanks a million Yvonne and Michael!

I was in Bloemfontein for a meeting when my import Mazda started having some issues. JJ MOTORS recommended I go to the dealership in order to get more assistance. Johaan contacted Yvonne at the dealership on my behalf to see if they could assist me. My car was taken in straight away & given a thorough checking for electrical issues. Although their diagnostics machine could not pick up the fault on my import Mazda, Heindrich managed to get us on the road & home safely to Swaziland. Thank you all for the great and friendly support you gave me.
