They have Absolutely no filling system. Photos were taken in 2022. They only printed it when I stood there. 2023 April. Quality of product. Same as if printed at home.

When I collected my graduation photos I was welcomed with warm hands and the staff was very friendly. I loved all my photos, the quality of them was quite impressive, no disappointments at all. Impeccable service indeed!

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I graduated in September and only received my photos yesterday due to the owner of the company's inefficient and disorganized norms, for which he is neither apologetic nor able to take criticism for.i had to drive there twice to fight for my pics which I paid for I full in advance. .I was initially given the wrong person's photos and was then told the right photos would be delivered to me on Monday I had gone on a tbursday. This carried on for 2 weeks with countless messages and calls to this man. The poor ladies in the office had to.rake the heat because him as coward would not show his face or even respond. He was meant to give me a refund but then says no when he delivered the pics which he had to print somewhere else. Only God knows why this was not done initially,even after myself and his workers advising him to do do so. I would never recommend this company

Fast, easy service. Nice and pleasant staff

My daughter graduated in April 2022, we were only notified in August to pick up the photos. Upon arriving there a month later I was only given 1 of 2 packages and told that their printer is being serviced and so I would have to wait for a call to come back and pick up the 2nd package. This is despite the fact that both packages were paid for in April 2022 at the time of taking the packages. Pathetic and poor service. Why these useless companies get the contract to host these photo shoots, amazes me.

I had such a terrible experience today in the morningside branch when I went to fetch my graduation photos. The lady dark in complexion said they don't have my photos I must come back after 15 September but when I phoned them they said all the photos are available...

Ugly photos, shiny and they use that rough paper cutting corners, not clean enough imagine my graduation photos from Ukzn messed up, the large ones were not in frames they say its R80 a frame but i had already paid R600 at grafuation. Useless, i dont recommend for large events, Pandays was better, absolute runnish this Mazidlekhaya nonsense I wish they lose they Ukzn contract

I had such a terrible experience today in the morningside branch when I went to fetch my graduation photos. The lady light in complexion shouted at me from the gate, gave me attitude and could not explain the handing out of photos politely. Horrible experience, I would not recommend.

Beautiful photos and right on time.

Forever delayed, their cellphone number isn't even there's, goes to some random guy who doesnt even know them. They never on time. Always say next week and then I call and they say the following week. Its 4 weeks later.
