I hope that someone with brains at MBD read this post. We HAVE made arrangements to pay our game account off. So far we been keeping our side of the payment But MBD are phoning us between 10 and 12 times A DAY. Your company goes as far as phoning us at 6:00 in the morning. Come on, tell your call centre staff to wake up, go back to school and learn how to read. If they check their systems they will see on which dates we havd paid thus far. It does not help to phone the phone does not get picked up or when they phone you, it us only silence on the end of the line. STOP HARASSING US WE ARE TRYING TO EARN A LIVING
My husband MTN account has been settled with them over two months ago, still not updated on ITCs and we cannot get a paid up letter. Even MTN claims they can't see the account. Very bad service
Harassment at its finest. I don't even have a thruworths account nor did I ever had one. But I keep on getting harassed by them about one. Their customer care is useless because it goes above the consultants heads that I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT with Thruworths.
This is the most useless fraudulent company I ever dealt with. After Covid 19 and the lockdown I fell behind on a loan, which was hand over to MBD, and now they refuse to five me a settlement letter, and apparently its not their problem. they also put the phone down in my ear every time I call , in the meantime i am being harassed by new lawyers over the account I had settled. I am hoping they respond to this now cause they don't read their emails or answer phones
This company call me every day ! They say I in arrears with Vodacom but I don't have a account with vodacom for 5 years! They don't want to listen ! I will not pay them a sent! This is a big big scam! So please stop phoning me! I'm giving this over to my authority!
MBD credit solutions is the worst company- first they phone multipal times a day and as soon as you answer the phone they put the phone down in your ear - secoundly when you answer and you greet the person they disconect the phone again, thirdly today someone spoke when I want to ask who they are looking for the lady disconect the phone again. this is getting frustrating. these people do not know phone manners or how to work properly. its has been going on for days now.
Worst experience ever, I got a call from Jane who was literally shouting at me and not giving me a chance to speak, all for an account that was cleard months ago. Mbd please do something about your staff because the unprofessionalism there is at its worst.
Pity there isn't it a zero rating! I've been harassed by this company looking for somebody I do not know; for over a year now. Clearly, they do not update their records, their consultants are very rude and disrespectful.
No one to talk to regarding query. I seen what some of these companies do. They charge you for the calls/sms which never gets resolved or they just put the phone down in you ear and that is how they make their money. They NEVER communicate via e-mail. So if you need to explain the misunderstanding or unique circumstances regarding your alleged arrears account...nobody is there to assist you. Very poor customer service..I phoned plenty of time to talk to someone, but to no avail. Is there an ombudsman that can assist me?
Shocking service. The call centre can't even send statements or invoices for outstanding amounts. The consultants drop the phone calls in your ear if you ask technical questions. Easy to query outstanding payments and bill you extra charges but pathetic with service!!!
