I have been to numerous physios before, and can honestly say I've received top class therapy at MBW everytime! The practice itself is always neat & clean. I've had treatments from Lauren & Monique respectively and both times I was very happy with the care received! They have helped me so much with sporting injuries & returning to sport I honestly would not be where I am physically without them! Clinical skills & patient bed side manner both perfect! 10/10 would recommend.

Utterly inhumane, callous practice. My mother passed away in a coma after hip surgery earlier this year. Every other medical practitioner was willing to discount their bills that were above medical aid rates, except this practice. Do not use them if you expect to be treated like a person. You're just a due bill to them.

Completely disappointed ! I had a full hip replacement one week before and was seen by 2 very nice ladies from MBW who went through my rehab exercises the same day after the op and twice more the following day. They informed me that I should make a follow-up appointment for one weeks time for new exercises - so we booked the date. A week later on a very hot day, we arrived at the address, we noticed a few carports and what looked like a reception door. We parked under a carport and started to walk... walk we did as the signs just kept on stating that you needed to walk around yet another corner. We eventually walked almost around the whole building before finding reception - fortunately I was fit and could manage, I have no idea what an elderly or frail patient would have done ! The receptionist was not very welcoming. I had an appointment with Yolandi who was very friendly. I told her that I had just been to see the Doctor who gave me permission to go to one crutch as I was progressing very well. She mentioned that we would be revising the old exercises and since I had progressed to one crutch we would learn to go up and down stairs with one crutch. I did mention that I was informed by her colleagues that I would be getting new exercises today to which she responded that they only give out new exercises starting week 2 onwards. I cannot believe this. I was totally unimpressed as one pays a considerable amount of money for an appointment. If I had know this, I would have rather waited for another week to be sure to get new exercises. One cannot box patients into one category. The physios should recognize that some patients are fit and recover faster than others and that maybe they need new exercises for stimulation especially given that the Doctor had already said that going forward only one crutch is needed. I was totally unimpressed as it seems to be a money-making outfit !

MBW Physios is open during loadshedding! Thanks to the investment of the owners in solar panels, it is business as usual during loadshedding!

MBW are the most professional physios, from the moment you walk in the door, you feel cared for. The treatment rooms are clean and well equipped. I am a skin & body therapist by trade and from my point of view, MBW physios are a cut above the rest.

They assisted me in the hospital before and after surgery in my knee and are super friendly and helpful.
