Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. The restrooms is clean and the lightning is energy efficient with auto on/off. The vehicles is well presented and open to climb in and experience. Even to test drive if you really want to. Coffee and tee available and even popcorn to keep the little ones occupied.

The service is bad, They don't wash cars after servicing giving all sort of excuses. Giving out exorbitant highest quotes than anyone in the province. They have lots to learn regarding customer service and pricing of parts and labour. I wouldn't advice anyone to take their cars to this dealer, They are not up to standard.

Jeannine Fourie is the most wonderful person at this place, she helped a lot with my service plan and had my car serviced for 60k KM. I’ve never met a better service advisor than her. If it was possible I’d have her in all the VW companies around the country. We really need people like her
