McCarthy Ford Silverlakes

5 phone calls, 1 of which was on hold for 12 minutes listening to the Service Manager talking to another staff member! Eventually drove there and was treated in a disrespectful argumentative manner by the service advisor - all because I had the audacity to question why one week after a major service my car dashboard was showing a warning light that my engine oil needed replacing!

Worst service ever by service centre, with a massive amount of attitude. Especially from Dineo. Takes you at least 20min per call had to make 3 just to find out that nothing has been done at 14h00. Normal service, booked at 7h01 as they open at 7h00. Will not support you guys again. I

The website always books for a day earlier. So it send an email with the wrong date. Then I had to phone to correct the error and they told me it was booked i for the correct date. Email also doesn't indicate time so I asked on the phone was told to be there at 7:00, they only opened at 8:00. I wasn't the only customer waiting. Only one guy was booking cars in do had to wait for 10mins.Then I was told I wasnt on the list. The guy booking us in was helpful. They also stipped a bolt on my battery, that when I needed to replace the battery we had to get the bolt cut off. Not impressed by thier service this time.

Got amazing and transparent service from Alton at the Silverlakes branch! Dealing with him and the dealership was only a pleasure and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

110% happy from booking to service just on another level compared to Ford Centurion which lags on every level.

Ordered a part. Went to the dealership. Wrong part ordered. Sat there for 5hours. Bad communication, and bad service. Silverlakes won't see me again
