Ruan at reception was very helpful and friendly and communicated issues found with my vehicle well and in a timely manner. The quality of the work done by the mechanical team is also excellent - I could feel a clear difference once I picked up the car from the workshop. I've dropped one star as a certain set of parts was needed for my vehicle and it was claimed that these were only available from the original manufacturer at an exceptionally exorbitant price, and not from any aftermarket parts suppliers. However, when I decided to contact various aftermarket car part suppliers 6 in total they all had the requisite parts in stock at roughly a 10th of the original manufacturer's price. So yes, not sure what happened there company policy perhaps?, but one would hope that a company with the stature of Auto Pedigree would go out of their way to keep costs to the customer to an absolute minimum by exploring all avenues as far as replacement parts are concerned. All said and done, I cannot fault AP for the quality of its mechanical service or friendliness of its staff. Just make sure you get the best price for replacement parts when you take your vehicle in for a check-up/service - unless of course you're happy to part with several thousand Rands for dealer supplied parts. Regardless, I will definitely be back and can recommend this place. Thanks.Services: Oil change
