This McDonald's is not worth the money, portions are getting smaller and smaller. Not satisfied with their so called good food. Very misleading from what you see to what you get.
Have to wait for my order more than 25min on a almost empty restaurant. Oily fries. Very bad experience. I just wasted R 124 on a Mc feast mealFood: 1/5
The place alway on spot busy at times but you will get space if you dine in. The turn around time from when you placed your to getting your food is good. Their drive through alway works good if you opt for itFood: 4/5
Just bought some meals . I am not really impressed with the fold over. It was a take away. I waited so long evenly . First bad service from McDonald. I could not eat it , it is a disgrace to my mouth
I got to drive-through placed my! I specifically said NO Jalapeño sauce in my McFeast and that I want extra Jalapeño sauce on the side for extra fee. No problem, arrival to pay point’ there was training taking place! 1. I waited for 10 minutes before they could attend to me since they were changing cashiers I didn’t mind 2. When they finally give my order attention they are telling me to confirm my order, I did that. And they said i never told them i didn’t want Jalapeño sauce in my burger! I told them that when i placed my order I specifically said I don’t want Jalapeño sauce in my burger but as an extra condiment, fine they fix that! Just when I should pay that is over 10 minutes already they are training a lady how to process payment, the lady is clueless and explained to them that she has never used their system before. They all moved and left the poor trainee to see herself out! I drove away.
I was here in 2022 and there was a group of men and ladies with kids, probably Somalians. They were playing loud music through the phone speakers. So i then called one of the staff members to call them to order. A year later, i find the same people here. I think they own this place. Or they just love eating here on Sundays. Today, their behavior is rotten potatoes mixed with rotten eggs and sprinkled with that smell when you approach Marabastad. The kids are climbing on top of the tables. They are playing around and pushing the kiosk. I am never coming back here. How can we not discipline kids? Both parents and the restaurant failed. What power do these guys have? They must eat outside if they want to play their own music. This is my last time here.
The location is great! There's enough self-service machines inside. There is also a great seating plan both inside and out, well spaced out and comfortable all the same some with charging ports. The food and service are as good as any other well-run McDonald's. I am always pleased with my iced coffee right! So you're not going to be disappointed whether you opt for takeaways or eating in.

We bought food Via drive-thru, bought 10 chicken McNuggets with the jalapeños source and also the chicken Foldover When we get home only to find out there's no source and it's just the nuggets only!!! Kid-friendliness: Ask if everything that I've ordered it's there.
