Description says 24Hrs, 10 pm and they are closed. Crates blocking the entrance, people inside but security telling everyone they are closed. Non the less, everyone who was turned away from Mcdonalds is now at KFC, they are killing it with customer service!

New update. Stores displays are broken. Dont want to use their auto machines because they cant even use genuine windows. All mashines say windows is not genuine. Shame on you McDonalds you can atleast buy microsoft that you dont have a pirated edition that has been cracked and unsecure. Its mcdonalds. You ate at one you ate at all of them. Still there premises are always clean and always a good decision for a quick bite to settle your appetite. Always fast and fresh food
A huge shout out to Reggie at McDonald's in Edenvale that went above and beyond this afternoon to assist us after MR DELIVERY delivered a completely unacceptable meal and then completely refused responsibility Reggie made sure we were fed in the end MR D you can say good bye to us as clients Reggie we will be in to shake your hand very soon! Definitely no longer my first choice when it comes to getting McDonalds anymore. There is always one problem or another whether its the card machines not working or patties out of stock or being routinely made to park and wait for drive through orders. They also almost NEVER give tomato sauce which is a small thing but it shows the attitude. The general impression is that this branch is under-trained and under-staffed. Best rather go to Isando or Stone Ridge.
There is always slow service. Not any smiles are seen what so ever. The staff is always chit chatting about their customers not realising we do understand. The nazo meals never have the same stuff on some days you get chease other days you dont. The coke is very watered down and tasts horrible.Food: 3/5
Description states 24hours including the sign at the establishment and clearly on this page yet I’ve been turned away multiple occasions at 21:45 because “we are closed” Misleading. Maybe update your signs?
I’m a chicken foldover fan and I just had the most dry foldover and fries. It was missing sauce. I’m not sure if they are running out of sauce but the foldover wasn’t the one. Ordered a short cuppuccino that thing is poured halfway and the rest is foam. Service was okay but I was disappointed with my cravings not being satisfied with the dry foldover.
Love this mcdonalds, chips and burgers always fresh, always, I drive from Isando to this branch, happy to keep returning, keep it up guysFood: 5/5
