McDonald's drive-thru is a very calm place with a great atmosphere, each time I come to Chris Hani I sometimes visit McDonald's whenever. Ain't no Disappointment here. Great for First Dates Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for your health
The service in this place went from high tens to practically 0. It's the second time in a row that I've had to go up to the counter, over 30mins after ordering for them to only realize there and then that the order hasn't went out. The seat number selected was 40 but i put it back seeing as there was no need anymore. They had to write a new seat number at the top. I'm not sure what's going on here but you really need to get your act together as you giving the McDonalds brand a horrible name. When you talk to the manager, all you get is a "sorry we'll do better". Totally unacceptable.

It may be irrelevant but I don't know what else to do.I worked for this specific branch for some weeks then resigned but I was never paid for my services. I spoke to the manager countless times and even went to the branch multiple times but she resorted to ignoring me. It's been over a year,doing the runaround with them and I feel so exploited and used. It was a horrible experience working for them.
what a horrible experience, i bought burgers on saturday 2023/07/08 @ 23:00 ive been having a stomach buck since then until today 2023/07/12 from that burger,, i had to skip work and go to the doctor because of diarrhea. please prepare fresh food because some of us are sensitive to rotten foods. im never gonna buy mcdonalds burgers anymore
Very bad service, apparently they donnot see our orders now we hv to push each other for giving them slips.Service: 1/5
My order took almost an hour I had to go and provide them proof of order time on my slip before getting our order, its not the 1st time it happenedFood: 5/5
I had a birthday party for my son, the service was great and the staff was very friendly. The ladies who assisted me went out of their way to make sure that everything was in order. Thank you sis Ouma and everyone else.
Lovely service, clean interior. However very forceful and demanding carguards outside heckling until you drive away
The service was good but my order was not complete I ordered 5 burgers and got 4 , tried to call their number is not answered by anyone.
