We were stuck looking for a late meal and most places were closed. This McDonald's branch was the only branch open in our area late at night. We were able to order and eat in past midnight which was great! The food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. Overall the experience was really good and I would definitely recommend this branch! Kid-friendliness: Great indoor play area for children available!
I bought 3 chilli cheese fries and it was so terrible me and my daughter's could not finish them.. I could definitely tell that the chips was not freshly made it was like chips reheated slightly in a microwave.. Another thing is you also advertise chilli "cheese" fries but what we actually get is more of mayonnaise in the fries than cheese.. McDonald's Tokai, this is not the 1st time you've disappointed me..
Week old nasty, limp and brown lettuce and horrible chips that taste like they were made early this morning and reheated at lunchtime - come on McDonald's! Very disappointing and left me very unsatisfied. McD's chips are usually good, today was awful
If you have young children and need to feed and entertain them, this is a great venue to do so. There is a large play area and the kids enjoy having a ball of a time on the equipment. Fair warning though: If there are many kids, it does tend to get loud. And parents/guardians are expected to supervise their kids for safety reasons. This fast food place lives up to its name in that the food is served And hot after you order from the service machines at the entrance. Bathrooms are available and clean. There is also outside seating for those who prefer that - especially on warm days. Ample parking is also available Kid-friendliness: Large play area for kids Parking: Ample parking on site
They got my order WRONG , turns out I have to open every burger to check if it is actually what I ordered. Also the big Mc burgers were salty. I ordered a Mc Feast Meal and got some small Burger instead.
Always slow to open in the mornings. Do not trust the 7am open time you will almost certainly be asked to park. They in all likelihood will not have cappuchino available . Food also can vary a fair bit as per photo, sometimes the Boerie Hash will have almost no sauce on it and onions very scarce. Definitely not one of the better McDonalds around.
First we originally wanted Chilli cheese fries they didn't have , so we ordered mcfeast×3. They asked us to wait 10 minutes because the burgers weren't done . On top of that they arrived with fries no salt no sauce. I'm so disappointed.Food: 3/5
Great food and staff is there to help navigate everything... only draw back stopped being a 24 drive through. They start at 7am till late.. so if you start your day at 6am.. you need to wait an hour atleast to get them Kid-friendliness: Caters well for them Parking: Well placed next a food and veg place with parking empty fle shopping
What a better service I had. Food was early so icecream wasn’t melted and my daughter was happy. Thank you guys. I’ve been in this industry and it’s hard at times but just keep popping them out and you will reap the benefitsFood: 5/5
My all time favorite morning breakfast. Boerie hashbrown and coffee..mmm..the best ever....Food: 5/5
