I was in a rush and they served me in less than 15 minutes even though I estimated 25 minutes for my order to be ready. So I was really impressed considering the fact that I was in a hurry. Their service and atmosphere is really good.Food: 5/5
We went to the drive through and they said that the drinks will take 2 mins but we were I'm a rush so we said we would come back. When we came back they hand delivered our stuff to the car before we even got a chance to go to the window to collect. Every good service from themFood: 5/5
There was no water i had to walk to da drive thro to oder coz da doors were locked i oder went to work coz i was rushing only to find out the salads had no chicken filets... Soo irritating poor customer service tjoooo
Experienced the worse counter service. Staff came accross as uninterested and rude, talking to each other, instead of taking my order.
What terrible experience. Staff not interested in their customers what so ever. There is so much noise coming from the kitchen I am amazed they hear the orders. Went in to get all my staff an ice cream. Went to the self service screen with my app in hand that saying that small ice cream was 90c. Scanned my app but didn’t work so paid R7 an ice cream. Got my slip then waited 40 minutes for 9 small ice creams. Only after I complained did things start to happen.Not after they were making fun of me in there own language. They started to bring out my order and an old lady came up to me and said are these yours and I said yes. She said she was waiting for 4. I looked at her slip and she had been waiting 15 minutes longer than me so I gave her my 4 and waited for the remaining 5. Problem is no explanation no apology I am not a macdonald fan never have been only go there for the kids and thank god they are now grown.
We went through the drive thru and were asked to park and wait for our meal, 4 customers got there's before us, which I can understand, but when they did finally bring our meals, there was no apologies for the delay or thanks for waiting, our meals didn't even come with condiments, and the attitude when delivering was just kinda sour, the meal was great however, I really enjoyed it but customer service wasn't
Due to loadshedding we decided to get McDonald's for supper.After driving so far to get there and back realised there was no sauces in our bags.we had to eat dry chips and my kids happy meals had No Dipping sauces.Why ask which sauces we want if we are not getting any.I'm very disappointed.I feel like our entire experience was ruined and I spent R225!

I was going to give this place a 5 star because I love going there and enjoy myself and I've always had a great experience in both drive thru and dine in. Until this one day I came here and there was a very rude lady at the door, she was supposed to sanitize me and write my name but there was no pen and when I asked she was giving me bad attitude and telling me it's not her problem. I told her she must not treat customers the way she does and she told me to leave her alone and go do what I came to do or leave. My experience was sabotaged a little bit and since that day I never do eat ins anymore I drive thru.
They took they're own sweet time with our drive-thru breakfast. Told us to park & forgot about us till I went top remind them. Terrible serviceFood: 3/5
