Through my insurance company MDN plumbers responded to water damage claim. I was very reluctant on proceeding with this as I have carpeted areas. They covered the carpets well and done the job very neatly. Always cleaning up behind themselves. They kept to their appointment and I am happy with the outcome. Thank you to the guys who done the work.
My insurance company sent MDN Plumbers when I reported a problem with my geyser. Their first visit they claimed that there was no problem with the geyser. The second visit, because I still had luke warm water from the geyser, they turned the temperature up. I had water gushing out the overflow from the safety valve. After 4 site visits and 10 days later it is still not repaired. They claim to have logged the problem with the geyser manufacturer but the Manufacturer has no record of it. 3:15 Friday afternoon, the manufacturer has now closed. NO hot water for the weekend. When I complained they said to complain directly to my insurance company.
Was referred through my insurance. The problem was not solved. Receptionist said she will get back to me and to date i have not received a response. Have been dealing with this issue from 2021. Very unprofessional.
They meat to be attending to a burst pipe of mine via my Insurance co, home assist however I am unable to reach them on any of the numbers on the site. Both landlines and cell phone just rings. I've mislaid my phone with the no they have so need to advise them of other no. Quite frustrating not to be able to reach them.
