09/11/2020 Very disappointed, on arrival we where not screened at the door or anywhere in the waiting area, we got there at 2-30 pm, received a number 18 while sitting and waiting to be seen by the dr I have seen very shocking details will not go there, after sitting and waiting no one that come in our out was asked by the reception to sanitiser there hands. At 5-30pm still not help I went to ask the receptionist when is it our turn as I notice people just come in and see the doctor one gentleman that we spoke with was number 15 then 2 people went in before me I got told that there is a person before us now please tell me if one person is number 15, 4 people go before you so what is your number then. To sit and waiting for the 3 hrs without being attended too I think that is very unprofessional. I will never go back to the dr again as it was our visit to the doctor and to receive that kind of service I was extremely mad and we just walked out. Without being attended too.
