Medicare Savoy Pharmacy

I was from surgery that was under general anesthetic.. My doctor prescribed some meds and l decided to get them by Savoy. I was assisted by Queen Mkhwananzi.. She was very rude and cold and she was shouting at top of her voice.. We are patients when we visit these facilities.. Respect, politeness and kindness would be great.. Am never going back there.. Period

Worst service from a black lady from the dispensary gave me a attitude gave her spelling for my Surname just shut me up and told me I think she can't spell. She ruining the reputation of the pharmacy. Without even helping after giving her all my details she could spell she said the other lady should help me imagine while she was busy the other lady just told her to f off and left I'm not going back the I hope management sees this The clients always right especially when we sick we in distress we don't need your stuff stinking attitude mxm savoy no go pls people till we heard

Worst service I got from black lady at dispensary, she was so rude. Diagnosing me without any medical check up. And she thinks she know everything, she does not even wait for you to explain your problem mxm.

The worst experience I had with a particular black lady just now... Gave me an attitude from the word go, asked me to stand at a distance and shout what I needed assistance with, mind you my ear is sore and I couldn't... This is a first I have never received such treatment before at the pharmacy and I was there a few weeks back before now, don't think I will be going back there.

Was assisted by a lovely lady today called Letty Skosana she was sooo lovely, big ups

It a best pharmacy that closed to our houses. Good staff and the pharmacists are very helpful
