Not happy with how my mother in law was treated by receptionists, made her wait for alomost 2 hours with out being assisted. She had to ask for a refund as she noticed that other patients were being prioritized. The same thing happened to my wife a few weeks prior.

Horrible service. Made an appointment with a doctor and waited THREE hours after the initial appointment time before I met with the doctor. This has happened on multiple occasions!!

I love love Medicross Vereeniging. You 've offered a number of services to my family and I for a very long time and you've never disappointed us. Every institution has one or two people with attitude problems but for me that will never cloud the best services that all the other doctors, nurses,admin and other staff members always give.
