Offices of Stephan Kloppers and Madelein Herbst, issue with debit order for my medical aid. Made manual payment as soon as I received their email requesting this. I proceeded to ask if everything is okay and if the medical aid is still in order. After sending two emails they still have not responded. It's been almost 2 weeks now. Am I without medical aid now or what? Should I move over to someone who cares? Had to call 3 different numbers to finally get though to them. The excuse was they are exceptionally busy. Is that my problem? Medical aid isn't cheap and an email response is free. Strike one for Momentum - one left.
The receptionist was not very friendly, but Dr. Van Vuuren was really nice, very straight forward.
Dr.Albasini is always available. Quick and efficient Consulting, and a compassionate heart.
Staff are friendly. Its never nice to go to the doctor - its quiet and peaceful and pleasant
I am vary disappointed in my visit yesterday I waited an hour and the new doctor was vary rude and also her diagnosis was wrong
