With a long term goal to bring a countrywide consciousness to the deliciousness and health benefits of goat’s meat, Melonie’s current focus is to produce hand made organic goat’s cheese.
The cheese is made with unpasteurized goats milk, vegetable rennet and cheese culture and is matured for at least 2 weeks.
