Rating: I had the pleasure of visiting TSC Service Centre over the last eight months and experienced their exceptional service firsthand. As an avid Mercedes Benz enthusiast, I am extremely particular about where I take my beloved vehicle for servicing. TSC Service Centre, under the expert guidance of Armand Thesner, proved to be an absolute gem and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. While driving to Sandton last week, I heard a scary knocking sound and pulled into the nearest dealer, who charged me R1500, excluding vat to “inspect” the vehicle and gave me a staggering quote of R35 000. I immediately knew something else was wrong because some of the quoted parts were replaced in June 2022. I contacted Elzaan and Armand at TSC Service Centre for their trusted advice. We contacted Momentum Insurance, who assisted us in towing the Mercedes from Sandton to Krugersdorp. After inspecting and stripping the Mercedes Benz, the outcome was that it was a loose bolt and nothing else. Trust and not being ripped off are among the most important things for me as a customer. TSC adhere to the highest standards set by the manufacturer, ensuring that every aspect of your vehicle's maintenance and repairs is handled with precision and care.
