The service department is very knowledgeable, they are always busy, but they do what they say they would do, in time. Orders have all been correct, and when needed brought in from overseas within a very reasonable time frame. Martin,, Lucky and I forget the third guys name, thank you for your great service for a great brand.

Poor service. Workshop staff are liars. Poor quality machines and no honoring of warranty.

Excellent service and help from Lucky. I will most definitely use them again.

Arrogant technical support. Rather buy Makita and pay for a Japanese Qaulity
