I joined the gym 23 November 2021 and it's been a good journey for me

Great gym with nice but old fashioned equipment. They could do better with the pricing and change room improvement

I could not ask for a better gym because this 1 have all it takes .materials,and everything

Didn't expect to find a gym in Bethal with such awesome vibes... Pictures don't do it justice, you need to feel it to appreciate it : Keep up the good work!

Always a friendly face receiving you at the gym. Always a trainer pushing the limits to help you receive maximum results. Gym members always supporting one another. Family starts at Mfitness.

Friendly and helpful with all the equipment you need.

Many changes, very neat and well set out given the floor space.. I enjoy may workout every time..

It was honestly a great experience. Today was the first time in my life going to a gym, and definitely go again.
