What a bad service I experienced at Mhlangaveza. They speak Xitsonga, they do not accommodate other languages, the y do not keep you informed about anything. Waited for more than an hour to a B 14 docs. The place seems like a training centre for young people from Limpopo and no customer courtesy at all. But I know people from Alex will not complain about the service and this business may continue for years

I have requested for my new Policy with rectified surnames and addition of a new member, even today I am still waiting. Call Centre agents have no idea what they are doing, I am not happy to even think I have been with this company for 3 years.

The service was very poor, staff had no knowledge of product and was referred to someone who took my numbers and promised to call me back after a while but todate I never received that call and that led me to look for another insurance.

Easily accessible and has very friendly and professional staff, they showed us kindness during our grief

I've called them for second time they've promised to call me even today still waiting for their call
