Putrid, asked for price on gas and was told 'we don't sell' After asking why the sign was outside, I was then told they don't have stock. When are you getting stock? Summer lol

Today is the last day that i will be supporting Jacks Paints, Bracken Gardens. My wife was refused assistance after arriving at the store yesterday 10 minutes before closing. The store was locked and there were staff inside who refused her entry, the store times on Google does say 6pm. She had come to collect our Gas bottle as we had delivered it earlier in the day. Today i went to collect it and raised this with one of the staff gas handler who cut me off by saying they follow the clock in the store. My wife identified him as the person who refused her entry. I asked him why he couldnt be more lenient with customers and he got very angry and asked me to go outside so "he could beat me up". I questioned his customer service ethics and told him i wont be supporting the store, he obviously didnt care because he told me directly he doesnt need my business. What a poor attitude especially during this pandemic where businesses need customers. I asked the rest of the store staff for his name and they refused to give it which only means they collectively endorse this type of behaviour. Absolutely Poor Jack Paints, i expected more seeing that im a regular there EVERY WEEK for my 3kg gas. Not again!

A new addition to Jack's Paint and hardware in a smallish centre where there are plenty feet. A very nice and neat store. The staff are friendly and very helpfull. The management is always around to assist. The atmosphere in the store is very relaxing because the store is well managed and anything you want is easy to find. A hardware that can be visited. Enjoy your visit.

the 1 guy here was helpfull BUT the 1 employee when we went here my brother and i went to get a key and i was getting 1 done and my brother asked him where to get a key and he replied are you blind its over there and pointed to counter . i will not be going here again with RUDE employees

Hennie treats customers fairly. Well spoken and much better service than the big competition. Price is also very comparable
