I bought a trolly jack and it was not working properly, when i went to return it they where rude and said that they can not help me, they made it clear that they can not refund me or make a exchangeThey are more concerned about money than the quality of service on products and customer service

Rude and unfriendly staff, looking for reasons not to assist you in a proper manner and when things don’t go their way you are wrong, customer is never right at this Midas. Staff lives in fear of the owner it seems. Good luck to you but everyone I know will take our business elsewhere and will steer clear from any Midas due to the service received here. It does seem like the Midas way everywhere I have been though.
