I've been sitting here for four hours, this banker named Sharon Malapane does not have any quality customer care relationship none whatsoever and it looks like they bow down to her .....
Pathetic service Attitude and customers relations is absolutely disgusting No respect for elderly clients Rude Consultants and Manager All staff have no idea how to deal with clients No receptionist to guide and assist clients Racist attitude towards certain clients Instead of using money to do up the branch fix up the staff That’s something money can’t buy Not worthy of the one star rating
Horriffic poor service. Customer Service counter....queue outside Absa for 45 minutes, after which I decided its no use and left. No one answers the phone inside the bank either. It is the 7 th of the month, no reason for this. FNB opposite Absa has a flow of customers in and out.
We look on Absa Middelburg website and it say the Branch will be open on 1st May. We drove all the way to Middelburg because of the closure of our local branch. By surprise the Branch was closed. Please keep your site up to date.
All shops in the mall is open except for Absa bank.....FNB right across of Absa is open.....looting isn't even taking place in Middelburg, but you are closed. For precautionary measurements, I agree, but staying close even if there is no danger..... I rest my case.....
Worst hours, you should take leave to get them open.
Eventhough I was at the bank at 15.25, I was told that they could not let me in, the client before me was the last. I walked all the way with crutches... they let two more clients in after that client. This is not the first time, they refused to help when we were there in a wheelchair as well.
If you want to visit the branch remember to take a picnic basket along…. You will be waiting for hours and hours and to top that off the staff is rude.
SLOWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WAITED 45 MINUTES JUST SO THEY CAN UNLOCK MY APP. THANK GOODNESS IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!
Hope you have time. Rather take a days leave to go to bank. 3 hours to open a simple account
