It is a fine place. But urgent renovations need to be done on the upstairs shower. And sometimes, the water gets cold when too many people bath. As a student residence, it should be accustomed to the fact that many students bath in the morning, as such, measures should be in place for the water to be constantly hot. Otherwise, I would recommend this place, just a few touch ups needed here and there.
