I liked their Ice cream...one of the best.As it happens i took out my long lost friend for an ice cream date and i wasn't disappointed.Yu guys have to keep it that way,until then i we will meet as i will definately come back for a return match lol

We went there for the old traditional Waffle and ice cream. We ordered x 4 Waffles and waited about 45 minutes. When the order eventually arrived, two of the plated was dirty with Chocolate sauce and ice cream from the previous people I guessed. I returned the one plate and asked for a clean one, where they just came back with the same plate. The same then happened with the cutlery where we used our wet wipes to clean it after they came back with the same one's we returned. This is quite sad as Milky Lane used to be properly clean.
Had to wait 10 minutes before the cashier and waitress decided to bring me a menu at sit down, they were having a convo No ice in store which means craft sodas not available Had to wait a further 15 minutes for them to take my order Had to ask for syrups for my waffle Waffle not cooked properly Poor service and quality of product very poor
Always a favourite with the kids. We received excellent with a smile nogal! Unfortunately, the hygiene of this store left alot to be desired. The cutlery was not properly washed and the tables and sofas were attracting flies and other biting insects.
Milky Lane has reinvented itself as a go-to ice cream parlor for young an old - memories of my childhood I can share with my own kids. This particular shop is a testament to excellent service, thanks to the shop assistant that makes you part of his world in a friendly, honest and amazing attitude.
Hallo Whats an owesome desert we just had with my son. The Death by Chocolates. Indeed it is and i want to say thank you to the Milky lane team at Forest Hill mall. You rock
