I was shocked this morning. Usually they're quite friendly, but I just saw one of the guards hit a homeless man in front of a shop at Menlyn Retail Park. I know they're supposed to get them to leave the centre but since when is it okay to hit someone?? Regardless of their status, homeless or not. This is shocking and I am highly disgusted. The poor man's glasses got broken by this exchange as well, and the security officer that seemed to be higher up on the ladder did not do much to stop this happening either.  I am so shocked,so disappointed. This is not okay in any setting.

My shops alarm went off this morning as I entered the premises. Milleniums "guard office" is right next to my shop. The security guard on duty did not even bother to come out and look why the alarm was screaming. Another tenant heard the alarm 100m away and came up to investigate why my alarm went off. Pathetic service.

Excellent security service and great staff.....
