Bought my wool today. The customer service there is excellent.
Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff. They even have WhatsApp number and are online. Only open at 9.30am and close for prayers. Not only do they sell thousands of varieties of wool and colours in this small rustic shop, but they also sell some craft stuff and give lessons. We bought double knit and are crocheting a blanket. They deserve more than 5 stars!!!
They have a vast variety of wool in many colours. Convenient for me.
Friendly atmosphere. The staff leave you alone to browse but when you have a question they are helpful and respectful.
