Very bad service. I took my son's watch because it was loosing time. Also asked for new glass cover. Got the watch back, paid the guy, but after 3 days it totally stopped working again. He also promised to order glass cover from Pretoria, but after several phone calls, and leaving messages he never came back to me. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this guy. I'm sorry that I didn't read the reviews before I contacted him. I lost the money paid to him, because the watch isn't working at all.
I paid upfront for my watch repairs. Ryan is poor in communication of my watch repairs. Constant excuses when I eventually did get a hold of him. I would not recommend this business service. Absolutely Useless
Service can't get better waiting time short and Ryan notifies you for collection.
They did alright. Nothing spectacular, workshop is a mess too
Very happy with great service and good pricing.
