Louise is absolutely brilliant and so lovely to speak to. I made an order on line but some of the items were out of stock. Louise explained then offered me alternatives giving me great descriptions.

Finally somewhere I can get shoes to fit my extra wide, Yeti shaped feet with orthotics! I visited Missy with my mother for the first time on recommendation from a work colleague. The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient and brought out many, many pairs of shoes, some of which I tried on several times. I came out with a pair of shoes AND a pair of boots. My mother also got 2 pairs of shoes. This was our first visit but certainly will not be the last. Thank you for all your time and patience.

Awful. Do not order from here. Unprofessional. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Was contacted the next day as 1 pair was out of stock. Shoes arrived and were completely different to the picture. No return label policy. Paid for Evri return. Had to send reminder emails a week after retuned shoes arrived with Missy to enquire about a refund for the shoes. After 5 weeks I still have not had the refund I was promised for the postage - 7 emails sent, vast majority have been ignored.

Thank you for the really professional service and helpful advice. I would recommend anyone who needs a specialist fitting for footwear to go to this shop as she really knows how to fit orthotics . She made me feel very confident that my walking would improve dramatically over a short space of time. Once again thanks for the great service you provide. This place is amazing and I can’t rate the two ladies highly enough!! I’ve no idea what I would have done without them. Due to having to wear orthotics, I was recommended here by my podiatrist. I have received unbelievable customer service from both ladies and have had several 1:1 fittings resulting in the purchase of 2 pairs of boots. I can’t thank them enough!!

My shopping for shoes has been changed for good since I discovered Missy. The customer service is top notch. The shoes, boots, sandals and accessories are all of a high quality. They are stylish and comfortable. I won’t buy footwear anywhere else!!! I also love the fact that even during lockdown Missy has found a way for me to still be able to shop! Their online shopping works well, Missy will deliver locally or they offer a click and collect service. Fabulous!

Fabulous little shop, absolutely love their footwear. I bought a pair of strappy sandles, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. I will definitly be going back to purchase more. Check out this lovely shoe shop in horsforth you will not be disappointed.

I love Missy, me and my mum have shopped there for several years now and they always seem to have something in that we like. Unlike many Shoe Boutiques, Missy caters for all ages and shapes of feet thank goodness, as I have very wide feet. The staff are genuinely helpful, and even when I have turned up looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards, they never look down on you; and always make you feel welcome. We visited 3days ago and between me and my mum they must have pulled out at least 30 boxes of shoes. I always feel guilty when you try on countless different shoes in multiple sizes. But as I said they are genuinely happy to help. Highly recommended!

Nice stuff in the shop but I really didn't like how a member of staff followed me and my friend to the upstairs room and just stood there. Not only does it make you feel awkward but what is the idea here - that you might just pinch something? Very off-putting.
