i was at lebowakgomo home affairs on Friday the 28 April at the rectification and amendments section the service was very poor, since i get there 7;00 finished at 3:45 the guy who was working there he was taking people who were not in the line when we ask him why taking people who are not in the que he said they booked online , but when i ask somebody about that he said on that section there is no online booking, so that he is light in completion when you don't have money or connection at lebowakgomo home affairs Amendments and rectification department you will never be assisted people there are corrupt Minister of home Affairs can you please send private investigators and they will see what is happening there
Very very poor service... they should employ youth ,there is a lot of old people doing nothing.... Always the system is off ...it sucks to go there the whole week without being help especially during this pandemic,those long ques are putting our lives in danger...
They are so friendly nd give the best service
Poor service, there staff are not working they walk around doing nothing.
