The Butterworth traffic dept only allows you to renew your drivers license on Mondays and Tuesdays. Been there on a Wednesday not knowing that they only assist you on 2 days a week, even though I was the only one there, they sent me away to come back the next week. I live 75km away. Been there on two different occasions and the system was offline. Come back next week. This is not a service, its a travesty. Don't waste your time going there rather go to East London at least they are open and work the whole week not just Mondays and Tuesdays
Received friendly and informative service however the place isn't clean at all...offices overcrowded with papers and files
Worst managed municipality. We still paying for past poor decisions
In accessible no parking just need new premises
Average service nothing to write home about.
New leadership, new room sweeps clean
Home sweet Home all is well
The worst municipality that I have ever visited, its hard even to find basic necessities
Not in great standard need improvement
