Service was good but things changed. Overall quality vs price once being used it not worthwhile. Wood or fake wood is already starting to bubble.

Sitting in my new Marina Lounge chair as I type this. Wonderful experience working with the team for delivery - they had quick solutions when the box did not fit through my entrance. When unboxing I almost wanted to take photos of how well the pieces were wrapped and protected, it could not have been more pristine. A better quality you'd be hard pressed to find in RSA, I am hooked. Thank you, Mobelli and to all that has been involved.

I must say Mobelli knows the meaning of customer service. I always pass by the store in Fourways Mall to window shop : and the stuff is always attentive and friendly. I had an online chat with Christelle Davids to order a Coffee table and a side table on Friday 11th and was delivered by Monday the 14th. I was contacted before my order was delivered and the delivery guys came within the given time frame. I'm a very happy customer right now because your products quality is of high standard. Keep up the good work Mobelli Team, I'd give you 5 stars times 2 if it was possible. PS. Your store smells great.

Everything went off without a hitch. Sales experience was good and seamless, did everything via an EFT. The furniture was delivered a day earlier than expected and I was communicated with throughout the entire process.
