There stuff were so unprofessional.. The woman who was giving me the poor rude service named namhle . I wanted to make a sim swap she told me I have to pay for the sim card which was new to me I didn't know I was supposed to pay so I asked her can she show me proof of what she's saying and she told me that training something has been deleted .. she then carried on being unprofessional rude . I asked for the manager and had to wait until I got fed up and left..then she goes the covers her name tag when I told her I'll be writing a complaint with the service.

Nomhle was very helpful when ever posted with enquiries.
