Mocoseng Sundown Resort

The place is clean, but how can a resort have no air conditioner, especially when is so cold, we had no coffee mugs, some of my friends had no hot water, I think they should improve and check what other establishments do or have

I was not impressed at all the owner and her receptionist are very rude, they don't like being asked questioned to a point where they even threatened to cancel my booking a day before the event, the food was awful, I was told we gonna get a 3 course meal with soft drinks to my surprise we got diluted juice atleast I had bought soft drinks for my guests thinking I'm adding on to what they will offer us. They had not even prepared starters for us, It was only after I enquire about it that they served us very chillie pasta. The lighting of the room we got was very bad we could not even get perfect pictures, you would need a very good picture quality camera. But overrall the place is beautiful.

The place is beautiful, but the owner is very rude. She likes shouting at the staff and also the guests as well. Which was not a good first impression. We were disappointed.

It's a very beautiful and quite place, I loved the the room I used it had nice furniture pieces. It's lovely

The place is very nice and the church service is uplifting and encouraging the music touches your soul. Their service is excellent, the rooms are luxurious.

The admin guy was very rude, he even chased us away by telling us the place was fully booked for the rest of the year with a serious attitude.

Beautiful place in da middle of Mocoseng village.. Hidden gem! Can see that there are more renovations underway and so it is clear this will be one of the places to use for get-aways, weddings and conferences!!

Nice location overlooking a dam, food and service was okay but there is no WiFi and the 6km road to the venue is full of potholes - as is most of Mafikeng!

I was pleasantly surprised at the hospitality , service, seating arrangement and the food. Please keep it ! Do not let the standards fall
