Impressive and reliable service! Great first time experience dealing with Modern Auto Parts. The order was shipped from CT to Joburg as per the order confirmation. I was particularly pleased with the quality of communication which set my mind at ease during the entire process until the delivery was fulfilled. During my December vacation in the Mother City I visited their branch and was received quite warmly. The over-the-country service was super friendly and equally efficient. 4 stars due to the wrong part being sent to me, which speaks to orders not being checked before being sent out, the turn around to fixing the issue was spotless fast and efficient. Fitted the parts and they work as should and i am ready for my holiday drive to Cape town. Great response to the issue that was at hand

Your service was great. Prompt and correct. One comment on courier guy. When I checked the tracker first thing on Monday morning, it showed it had been delivered complete with pin no. being entered but I noticed it was not my phone no. and, of course, I had not received the parcel. I phoned and they quickly corrected it, retrieved the parcel and delivered. What worries me was how did the wrong phone no. get involved they had the correct one from yourselves and who entered the pin. Innocent mistake or suspicious ?
