This one is the worst, its been 4 weeks now there is no paper to print discs and vehicle certificates. Wow! And we can complain and do whatever but nothing changes

The ladies are always moody and they always have forms of people not in the queue which they are working on which delays people on the queue. Another thing is that they have runners outside who collect forms for quick service in return of payment of R120 without queuing, they always give the forms to tellers who capture everything in return of money. CORRUPT OFFICIALS IN BROAD DAYLIGHT

The service at the Municipality has always been pathetic at best, without having their employees aggravating the situation, like the woman at telker 5, who would waste 30 minutes of time at the start of each day with nitty gritty nonsense. She doesn't start working before 08H15 every day, instead of the allotted time of 07H45.

Can you give half a star? Only thing this lot can do well is sit on chairs and go on lunch.

Terrible service in the license department, rude ladies behind the counter. The gentlemen, whose name I didn't get was extremely helpful and do was the security lady at the front desk.

The lady at the license section is very rude. She should be taught to treat people well.

Not answering phones at important times,I called 5 times but there was no response
