Always enter to the sight of staff greeting and assisting you with a smile. Whether you there to chill or just make a purchase. It's definitely one of the best tobacconist in Durban. Hookahs are always clean and well made and goes perfect with the variety of amazing drinks. Definitely up to standard in all aspects.

Always purchase airpops 5%from here, went in today and purchased a flavor [fruit fusion]when I got home I opened & and tried it. It was horrible & burnt my throat. Called in and explained to staff working there.. She told me to come in to change it. When I get there they tell me to take the same flavor, I open & try it before I leave. Same burnt taste. So I ask for another flavor as I'm a regular airpops smoker and this was just tasting off and burnt, staff became rude and started arguing with me. Left with the defective airpops. Horrible service, will never be returning to this store again

Useless. They sell zippos but not prepared to service them. Do not honour lifetime warentee. Must be banned from selling zippos
Nice place to relax, chill and talk stories with friends while smoking cigarettes or hookahs. Drinks are also very good. Especially the smoothies. Not too sweet or too much ice. Hot chocolate is rich. Had an amazing time
Enjoy the best shisha in Durban , also boasting a large selection of premium cigars in their well stocked humidor. Enjoy a great cappuccino or milkshake in the cigar lounge. Friendly and efficient staff are always a pleasure to deal with . Your average visit for some drinks and shisha will cost approx R200

The best shihsa shop i ever seen, very professional and friendly staff, beautiful concept which you can purchase your stuff n relax enjoying the hookah in the lounge,with cup of coffee at same place, well done guys.
