Where moms and Tots meet together to encourage the love for learning in our little ones from the start. Exploring the multiple areas of development.
A little story about me, I have a degree in psychology specializing in children and have received a certificate for HIV/AIDS counselling through UNISA. A Diploma with Hummingbird Education in Inclusive Education learning programmes (Dealing with Anger and Aggression in children and Adolescents). I am also a qualified learn to swim and Todswim Teacher through Swimming S.A., as well as a Level 1 First Aid and CPR certificate.
I am currently studying towards obtaining my post graduate in foundation phase education through UNISA.
I believe that every child is unique and inherits strengths and talents that should be focused on and encouraged. I am of the opinion that Love conquers all and can bring a child through any challenging time in their lives. If we can demonstrate love to our children and family and can endeavor to create opportunities that will grow our children into confident, empathetic individuals we have done our best.
I am passionate about making a child's foundational years an exciting journey towards growth in all areas, and to instill a love for learning. There is an African proverb that says "It takes a village to raise a child"(Ubuntu). We should all strive to love and help one another as we raise our future generation.
