WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Megan from Monarch Property Consultants has been amazing. You would have to go to the ends of the earth to try and find the quality of service we have received from her. Buying our first property was still a big stress factor for us, but if it wasn't for Megan I'm sure we would have given up on the purchase. She really went the extra mile, she opened the property a few times for pool guys to clean the pool, ensured the garden service has a key to keep the garden in order, sending me countless access codes for people to do work in our property when we weren't loaded on the access code system yet, telling me when it rained the night before because I planted new grass, answered all my iritating "first buyer" questions, following up with the attorneys on the bond registration, and so much more that I can't think of right now! Wow, Megan thank you very much for making this process an amazing one and assisting us in making our dreams come true. Excellent sales skills and very helpful. If there were more stars to rate, then I would. What can I say.. Grant from Monarch Property has been an absolute treasure to work with. If you're ever thinking of moving or selling a house is stressful then go through Grant from Monarch. From the get go, Grant helped us find our dream home and always goes the extra mile to walk you down the path. He explains anything and everything you need help with. He goes above and beyond for you everytime. Follows up on processes which he doesn't have to, but he does it for you anyway. Assists with the all the little things you can't find time to get around doing. He always has time for you no matter what. His experience in housing development also play and extremely useful way when looking at renovations and upgrades. He is experienced in the finance field as well and helped us get an interest rate that could not be matched. Grant has a wealth of knowledge in this and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. During this process he has not only become a housing developer and professional realter but a friend of mine as well. This process could not have gone any better or smoother and we are grateful to him. At the end of it all we took some pictures with him and he was so kind to even get us a welcoming gift on the purchase of our new home. What a gentleman. Thank you Grant. Monarch consultants are very professional. I dealt with Steven who still keeps me updated even after having closed the deal.
